Tests Without Damage
- Photograph with scale.
- Mark the edge of visible moisture in pencil or removable tape.
- Check after dry weather and after precipitation.
- Distinguish condensation from water entering through masonry.
Drafting Constraint
Write what the wall shows, what the building records already suggest, and what remains unknown. Do not prescribe sealant, concrete, drain tile, excavation, or mold treatment without evidence appropriate to that intervention.
