Status: Don must supply and confirm the knowledge.
For each prompt, record a concrete example:
- How stance changes near the bottom, middle, and top of a wall
- Which shoulder, hand, grip, or motion fatigues first
- How often to descend rather than overreach
- What wind changes on a lift or ladder
- How sun and reflected heat alter pace
- How the body estimates line, distance, and pressure
- Which pain is ordinary fatigue and which stops work
- What setup prevents unnecessary climbing
- What recovery is needed after consecutive days
- Which skill cannot be seen in the final photograph
The final article must remain first-person evidence. Research can support safety claims but cannot invent bodily knowledge.
