For each project:
- Last meaningful action and date
- Current obligation to another person
- Distinct value not supplied elsewhere
- Credible next action
- Cost of keeping it active
- Material already committed
- Consequence of ending
- Decision: continue / narrow / archive / release
A project does not earn another year through age, ambition, or guilt. The final article should include at least one release and one project continued in a smaller form.
